6.4.6 EXHIBIT F - Reclamation Plan May <br />Please see <br />Comment 1 above. <br />Applicant Response: The discrepancy between the 40 acres shown on the <br />submitted application and the 31 acres stated on Exhibits A, B, C and F are due <br />to the changes made to the change of the permit boundary after the permit <br />application was prepared. <br />6. EXHIBIT G - Water Information <br />7. Paragraphs QJ& 4) — These paragraphs indicate there are no water <br />requirements for the mine operation. <br />Please provide an explanation on how dust is to be controlled on site, and if water is required, <br />please state the source of the water. <br />Applicant Response: Please see the revised paragraphs that the applicant will <br />commit to concerning the use of water on this permitted site for the life of the <br />mine: <br />(3) There will be no water requirements for processing the product. <br />All products produced will be processed dry and no water is added. <br />Mining and reclamation phases will not require water. Water for dust <br />control will be legally acquired by Huerfano County and trucked to <br />the mine site for use in the processing to mitigate fugitive dust from <br />crushing, screening and conveying, in addition watering the site and <br />haul road to keep the dust under control. <br />(4) As stated above water will not be required or involved for the <br />washing of product. The longitude <br />should be -104° 51_ 17.034_. The aforementioned letter included attached <br />maps with the correct longitude. Please provide some discussion to assure <br />the CPW/DOW investigated the correct area. <br />
