i <br /> 4.610 Application procedure: r , <br /> ( 1) $50. 00 fee. <br /> ( 2) Proof of right to operate on property. <br /> (3) Legal description of property. <br /> (4) Description of operation including, but <br /> not limited to material to be excavated <br /> and/or hauled, purpose - of excavation, <br /> 1 destination of hauled material, depth of <br /> ` excavation, equipment to be used , number <br /> of expected trips per day, • hours of <br /> operation, duration of operation. <br /> (5) Description of after—use, final <br /> I <br /> contours, drainage, revegetations , etc. <br /> I (6^) Any other requirements deemed <br /> appropriate by the Chief Building <br /> Official. <br /> 4.620 A bond of $2, 000 per acre shall be required <br /> to guarantee compliance with these <br /> - - - regulations and the Temporary Use permit. <br /> 4.630 AlConditional Use Permit shall be required <br /> for excavating, grading, and/or off—premises <br /> hauling of soils and/or materials which meet <br /> one or more of the following criteria : <br /> ( 1) The materials to be excavated are <br /> considered a commercial mineral deposit <br /> by the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation <br /> Board. <br /> (2) The property in question is not within a <br /> mineral conservation overlay zone . <br /> (3) The lot on which excavating or grading <br /> is to occur and the area to be excavated <br /> is five acres or more in size. <br /> The procedure for application shall be as <br /> required in Section 11. 330 of these <br /> Regulations . The Board of County <br /> Commissioners shall establish any reasonable <br /> IV-42 SEPTEMBER 1983 <br />
