_ 1 <br /> " extension shall be subs ted in accordance <br /> with Section 4. 560 of these regulations at <br /> least six months prior to termination of <br /> the Certificate. <br /> 4. 592 Revocation of Certificate. The Board of <br /> County Commissioners shall have the power <br /> to revoke, suspend, or amend the <br /> Certificate for violation of these <br /> Regulations, regulations promulgated •by <br /> the Colorado Department of Health, <br /> conditions imposed by said Board, or for <br /> good cause. Following at least ten <br /> calendar days written notice to the <br /> permittee, the Board shall hold a public <br /> hearing to determine the nature and extent <br /> of the alleged violation(s) in accordance <br /> with Title 30-20-112, C. R.S. (as amended ) , <br /> or Title 25-15-206. 5, C.R.S. 1973 (as <br /> amended ) , and shall have the power to <br /> suspend, revoke or amend the Certificate; <br /> or to require corrective measures to be <br /> taken pending consideration of revocation. <br /> 4. 600 Excavation, Grading, and Hauling Permits <br /> Excavation, grading and/or off-premise hauling of material <br /> and soil not considered a commercial mineral deposit by <br /> the Mined Land Reclamation Board, on lots of less than <br /> five acres �in size, or on lots of more than five acres •but <br /> with an' area to be excavated of five acres or less shall <br /> require a• ITemporary Use Permit. Such permits can be <br /> for a maximum of 90 days and are not renewable. Should <br /> the Chief Building Official in his or her discretion find <br /> that the application is • of sufficient impact to warrant <br /> public •comment, he or she shall refer the matter to the <br /> Planning Commission for review in accordance with Section <br /> 4. 630 of these Regulations. <br /> IV-41 JULY 1986 <br />
