January 9, 2013 C- 1996 - 083 /Bowie No. 2 Mine SLB <br />application for the unauthorized disturbance between Gob Piles #2 and #4, and failure to obtain final approval for <br />a revision prior to its implementation. The Division is currently reviewing a technical revision application (TR- <br />76) that would provide for expansion of Gob Pile #2. Final approval for the revision has not yet been granted, but <br />disturbance proposed under the revision had commenced. <br />A roadway had been constructed across an area not approved for disturbance. The operator indicated the roadway <br />was utilized to access rip rap for the East and West Diversion ditches that were previously approved for <br />construction.
