Southfield C1981014: MT6 11 February 19, 2013 <br />Holes SF- 87 -07, SF- 87 -09, and MW -8 remain unsealed. These three holes are required to <br />be sealed in accordance with Rule 4. -07.3 by EFCI. The water monitoring wells; MW -16, <br />MW -23, MW -NW, and MW -65 will also need to be sealed by EFCI after use for water <br />monitoring is no longer necessary and sealing activities are approved by the Division. <br />Water Rights and Usage <br />The water line from the Corley Mine Well to the facilities area previously used for mining <br />operations has been cut and sealed and the fresh -water pond has been reclaimed. <br />Section 11 - Revisions to the Permit <br />There have been no permit revisions (PRs) or bond release applications approved since <br />Renewal Number 5 (May 2009). The following minor revisions (MRs) and technical revisions <br />(TRs) have been approved. <br />TR -37 (approved February 4, 2010) terminated water monitoring at the loadout facility. <br />MR -56 entailed the update in the PAP of the Denver address of the EFCI executive office <br />(Section 2.03). It was approved on March 31, 2010. <br />MR -57 was approved on October 12, 2012, and approved updated information and contact <br />information to the SWMP and spill prevention plan. <br />MR -58 provided documentation of the subsidence hole repairs and updated map 12 to show <br />the location of the disturbed and affected area. MR -57 was approved on October 29, 2012. <br />MR -59 was approved on December 27, 2012. This revision approved EFCI to conduct a <br />subsidence survey in 2013. <br />TR -38 (approved January 13, 2011) terminated quarterly inspections of the refuse disposal <br />area. <br />The following revisions are currently under review by the Division: <br />TR -39 is pending. This revision would approve relocation of the vegetation reference area for <br />the Portal Area. <br />TR -40 was submitted on December 31, 2012, proposing to raise the groundwater elevation <br />point in MW -NW from the top of the mine workings to approximately 20 feet above the roof of <br />the mine workings. This revision was found incomplete on January 10, 2013. <br />
