STATE OF COLORADO, ) <br />) ss. <br />County of Pueblo, ) <br />Section 2: Authority/Effect <br />The Board of County Commissioners met in Regular session in its <br />office in Pueblo County, Colorado, on Thursday the 12 :h day of <br />Aueuac _ A D 1g no at 10:00 A.M. o'clock. <br />Present: Chairman. <br />County Commissioner. <br />" County Commissioner. <br />County Attorney. <br />County Cter c or Deputy. <br />When the following proceedings, among others, were had and done, to -wit: <br />ORDNANCE NO. 15 - (Cbniihii d) "` <br />2.1 This Ordinance is authorized pursuant to parr 1 of article 5.5 of title 35, <br />The Board of County y Commissioners has assigned the Pueblo County <br />Weed Coordinatoi or„his or her designee to be the Central Authority <br />governing all . aspec" oTweed management. All requests, concerns or <br />., comments concerning weed management shall be directed in :writing to the <br />County Weed Coordinator for action consistent with the terns and <br />conditions of this Orainnnce. <br />Section 3: Definitions <br />Words and terms contained in this Ordinance are defined and construed according <br />to the definitions set forth in part 1 of article 5.5 of title 35, C.R.S., as amended <br />from time to time, or according to their ordinary meanings, if not therein defined. <br />Section 4: Annlicability, Effec :ive Date <br />4.1 This Ordinance shall apply to all premises, lands. or places loc.-nod in the <br />unincorporated areas of Pueblo County. <br />4.2 This Ordinance shah become effective on the date set forth herein, and <br />shall remain in full force and effect until amended, repealed or :oscinded <br />by a future ordinance adopted by the Board of County Corrraissioners of <br />Pueblo County, Coiorado. Once effective, this Ordinance shall be <br />applicable to the management of noxious weeds to all such ;remises, <br />lands, or places desi=ted in Section 4.1 above. <br />4.3 No such management shall be compelled until the County has first applied <br />the same or grew e: management measures to any land or rizits -of -way <br />owned or administered by the County that arc adjacent :o t`.: private <br />property in issue. <br />2 <br />
