STATE OF COLORADO, <br />ss: <br />County of Pueblo, <br />Section 5: Unlawful .Acts <br />The Board of County Commissioners met in <br />office in Pueblo County, Colorado, on Thursday the 12th day of <br />AuLnar -1 D 19 as , at 10:00 A.X. o'clock. <br />Present: Chairman. <br />County Commissioner. <br />County Commissioner. <br />County Attorney. <br />County Clerk or Deputy. <br />When the following proceedings, among others, were had and done, :o -wit: <br />ORDNANCE NO. 15 (Continued), <br />5.1 _ It shall be unlawful for any person to maintain or permit to be maintained <br />any noxious weeds upon any property in unincorporated Pueblo County, <br />owned. - leased, rented or occupied by that person without taking <br />appropriate steps to eradicate or manage the noxious weeds, as provided <br />for in the Pueblo County Weed Management Plan, as the same is amended <br />" - from tirnd to time. When such conditions are found to exist on that <br />property, it shall be presumed to be in violation of this Section 5. <br />5.2 It. shall be unlawful for any person to fail or refuse to comply with any <br />order issued pursuant to this Ordinance. <br />5.3 It shall he:unlawful for any person to interfere with or hinder the Board, or <br />its authorized representatives, in the discharge of their duties as herein <br />prescribed. Any such interference or hinds ice shall constitute a violation <br />of this Ordinance. <br />Section 6: Notice nod Order For Eradication or Mana of Noxious Weeds <br />6.1 The County Weed Coordinator or his or hc: delegate shall have the right <br />to enter upon any premises, lands, or places during reasonable business <br />hours for the purpose of inspecting for the existence of noxious weed <br />infestations, when at least one of the following circumstances has <br />occurred: <br />a) The landowner or occupant has rcquested an inspection; <br />b) A neighboring landowner or occupa -.t has reported a suspected <br />noxious weed infestation and requested an inspection; or <br />c) ;1r. authorized agent of Pueblo County has made a visual <br />obscr.ution from a public right-of-way or arc= and has reason to <br />bciic:•e that a noxious weed infestation exists. <br />3 <br />Resulsr. session in its <br />
