( scattered small mines) and wildlife . There are no commercial ,
residential or agricultural ( other- than a Forest Service grazing
allotment) uses.
Most adjoining property is that of the U. S. Forest
Service. Its uses are mainly forestry and recreation. During the
summer months , a sheep grazing allotment is active on alpine
tundra to the west of Colorado Highway 91 . The Upper Eagle and
Tenmile watersheds are utilized by the cities of Denver. and
Pueblo, Colorado. 'Therefore , Climax Molybdenum Company requests from
fthe 'Reclamation Board a variance to this 15ar-ticular reclamation ';.
standard .
The rock waste slopes of McNulty Dq p_will have an
overall slope of 3 :1 near the base and approximately 2: 1
elsewhere . Some bank slopes of waste rock dumps existing
naturally at 1 . 5 : 1 will partically be reshaped in the range 2 :1 to
10-3
