I know that our rights were violated under the Act when two Minor Revisions number 51 and Number 57 was used to make major changes to our property and these changes did irreparable and significant damages to our property and not only violated the 4.25 rules and regulation but also violated the 4.06 for even general topsoil removal. I know our rights were violated when they had several meeting after the February meeting again making major decisions about this property without our consent. I know our rights were violated when they brought in Key -Ag and again we begged to be at the private meetings that involved the State ,NRCS, Key AG , WFC and OSM and we were told that this meeting was all just scientific talk and that we could not be there, yet SO- CALLED Facts were presented at this meeting that was not actually factual and in fact were untrue and yet we were not permitted there after requesting several times. I know that our rights under the Act have been violated because we have been sued for attorney fees, expert witness fess, and expenses because of what the State has ORDERED and what OSM has Ordered and this pretend hired soils scientist of which we were charged with his expenses which also is a violation of what the ACT states that we can do and were told to do by OSM and by the State to file a civil suit for our damages because they couldn't do anything to fix it and that these damages had already been done and that they had no way to go back and make WFC do the right thing. I know that WFC has had numerous people under the age of 18 and even very small children be allowed to be on the Coal Mine on days that Burbridge has been haying, there are kids in and on equipment and very small children which I have pictures. 1 know that Kennys tires and his wife come every week and are on the active mine site and are not accompanied and both do not have MSHA. I know that the contractors such as Staats do not have hard hats, steel toes, safety glasses, and are all over haul pac roads and the active and the inactive mine on all roads driving 4 wheelers and have NEVER had hard hats or safety glasses and we have many pictures and travel these roads when they are being used daily without proper PPE. I know that WFC has allowed anyone and everyone on these properties in the active and inactive areas on weekends dumping trash in the pits which include tires ,hundreds of tires, refrigerators, stoves, washers, dryers, fencing, mattresses, tin, and that WFC themselves and remember themselves BURIED the OLD shovel right there in the ACTIVE mining area in the pit and we can show you where it was buried. I know that WFC allowed their employees to haul topsoils and soils off this property every weekend in the 13 years that I was employed and use these soils to do gardens and yards and you know what, there are X employees that will testify to that who aren't bought and paid for and that actually was some of the people that did this and was allowed to do it. And this was not just pick -up toads as Lance testified to, this was DUMP trucks. I complained and complained for years that this wasn't right and finally they stopped. I know our rights were violated when Dejoia and his partner were here and Ross Gubka and we requested from Ross and Lance both to be able to have dejoia and his partner to accompany Michael right there, within a few feet of where they were doing their monolithe to take water samples from the pit since everyone was available and were there any way and WE WERE NOT ALLOWED AND WE WERE REFUSED.
