PROPOSED MITIGATION MEASURES The City of Cripple Creek believes the County should implement a set of mitigation measures that would be incorporated into Conditions of Approval for this mine expansion, so that when the County and State issue their approvals that the concerns of the citizens of Cripple Creek are adequately addressed.
