CCV shaN be required to provide assurances that the American Eagle <br />Mine will continue in perpetuity for Public Access as a Historic Tourism <br />Site. <br />While this memorandum is provided to give the County Commissioners and the <br />State of Colorado guidance as to the concerns of the City of Cripple Creek, <br />based on the shear volume of documents of over 7,000 pages it cannot be <br />determined at this time to be all inclusive.
