Additional Bond Modification <br />Additional bond modifications are detailed within Rule <br />2.05.4(2)(b) of the Foidel Creek (line permit text, Volume 1. <br />(c) A plan for backfilling, soil stabilization, compacting, and <br />grading, with contour maps and appropriate cross - sections that show the <br />anticipated final surface configuration of the proposed permit area, in <br />accordance with 4.14. <br />RESPONSE: <br />The Fish Creek Tipple facility is situated on 25 to 35 feet of fill <br />material derived from the Energy Mine No. 3 surface coal mining <br />operation. Construction of the fill was completed in 1974 and was <br />designed to elevate the truck dump, crusher buildings and coal <br />stockpiles above the Fish Creek floodplain, while facilitating <br />utilization of the tipple facility by coal haulage vehicles.
