Revised April 5, 1985 <br />RESPONSE: <br />Backfilling, grading and revegetation of all disturbed land in the <br />Fish Creek Tipple permit area will be completed within one year of the <br />permanent termination of operations. However, Sedimentation Pond E <br />and the associated diversion ditches will be maintained until the <br />entire disturbed area has been reclaimed. Once revegetated tracts <br />meet the success criteria specified in Rules 4.15.8 and 4.15.9, the <br />untreated drainage from the disturbed area ceases to contribute <br />additional suspended solids above natural conditions and the quality <br />of untreated drainage from the disturbed area meets the applicable <br />State and Federal water quality standards for receiving streams, <br />Twentymile Coal Company will regrade and revegetate the land affected <br />by the sediment control facilities in accordance with Rules 4.14 and <br />4.15, as contemporaneously as practicable. <br />(b) A detailed estimate of the cost of reclamation of the <br />proposed operations required to be covered by a performance bond with <br />supporting calculations for the estimates; <br />RESPONSE: <br />A detailed estimate of the reclamation costs for the Fish Creek <br />Tipple, access road and haul road are as follows: <br />I.
