(c) The applicant shall describe the source of hydraulic <br />transport medium, method of dewatering the placed backfill, retainment of <br />water underground, treatment of water if released to surface streams, and <br />the effect on the hydrologic regime. <br />(d) The plan shall describe each permanent monitoring well to be <br />located in the backfilled area, the stratum underlying the mined coal, and <br />gradient from the backfilled area. <br />(e) The requirements of 2.05.3 shall also apply to pneumatic <br />backfilling operations, except where the operations are exem tep d by the <br />Division from requirements specifying hydrologic monitoring. <br />RESPONSE: <br />No coal processing waste will be generate, at the Foidel Creek Mine. <br />Therefore, the requirements of this section are not applicable to the <br />Twentymile Coal Company. <br />2..05.4 Reclamation Plan <br />2.05 -27 <br />(1) Each application shall contain a plan for reclamation of the <br />lands with the proposed permit area, showing how the applicant will comply <br />with environmental protection performance standards of the regulatory <br />program. The plan shall include, at a minimum, all information required <br />under the relevant sections of Rule 2. <br />(2) Each plan shall contain the following information for the <br />proposed permit area: <br />(a) A detailed timetable for the completion of each major step <br />in the reclamation plan; <br />
