A. Essentially all topsoil is stripped from the <br /> open pit mining and aggregate mining areas . <br /> Other active areas are stripped as equipment is <br /> made available and as allowed by project timing . <br /> Present policy for stripping black dirt is to <br /> strip subsoils along with topsoils .
