A. Essentially all topsoil is stripped from the <br /> open pit mining and aggregate mining areas . <br /> Other active areas are stripped as equipment is <br /> made available and as allowed by project timing . <br /> Present policy for stripping black dirt is to <br /> strip subsoils along with topsoils . In <br /> addition, as noted above, we intend to segregate <br /> good quality materials in McNulty dump. <br /> Due to the nature of past activities at Climax , <br /> much of the subsoil on previously-disturbed <br /> sites has been eliminated or covered . If these <br /> areas are not to be redisturbed , remaining <br /> exposed subsoils should be kept in place to aid <br /> in reclamation of the site . <br /> F. Wildlife - Section 7 . 3 . <br /> 1.
