DATE PRECIPITATION
9/4 Encounter excavator being demobilized. Directed DR/WSR that
unauthorized hours will not be paid by MLRD. Operator blatantly
tried to finish by removing dozer accessways and by final grading
to his "plan". Negotiated that from a total of 20hrs of dozer
time, 10 hours will not be accepted. All of the 9hrs. of
excavator time would be accepted. Operator had same complaints
regarding the power poles being in the way. Finally receive FHP
for each machine. Dozer = 330, exc. = 180.
