The Division noted several noxious weed species during an inspection conducted on October <br />11, 2012. Please submit a Weed Control Plan which addresses the following: <br />a) A list of species of noxious weeds which occur, or may occur, on the site. <br />b) A description of various control measures that will be employed to control the noxious <br />weeds such as mechanical, chemical or biological control methods. <br />c) A monitoring plan that describes how often the Operator will monitor the site for weeds <br />and what actions will be taken if weeds are found. <br />d) A post- treatment monitoring plan to determine the effectiveness of control methods. <br />11. The Applicant has stated the access road will remain after reclamation is complete. Please <br />clarify how the operator will reclaim the pallet storage area and the disturbed area leading up <br />to the outbuilding. <br />6.4.6 Exhibit F — Reclamation Plan Map <br />12. The map which was submitted for Exhibit F did not conform to the requirements of Rule 6.2. <br />Please revise the map and include the following elements: <br />a) The name of the Applicant <br />b) Must be prepared and signed by a registered land surveyor, professional engineer, or <br />other qualified person <br />c) A north arrow <br />d) A map scale (not larger than 1 inch = 50 feet, nor smaller than 1 inch = 660 feet) <br />13. The map which was submitted as Exhibit F contained contour lines; however, the contour <br />lines did not contain elevation labels. Please revise the map to show the associated elevation <br />of each contour line. <br />6.4.7 Exhibit G — Water Information <br />No comment. <br />6.4.8 Exhibit H — Wildlife Information <br />No comment. <br />6.4.9 Exhibit I — Soils Information <br />No comment. <br />
