TDN FOLLOWUP INSPECTION <br /> mining activities. The other berm was constructed parallel with the <br /> interior- access read bar ditch. The intent of this construction was <br /> t0 pick: up the smaller drainage runoff generated from the employee <br /> parking lot . This ditch also carried runoff to the lampnouse pond. <br /> The cc-mpany is in the process: c-f re-evaluating the drainage capacity <br /> of the e!isting sediment pond on the yard to determine if the <br /> addition of the new berms with the resultant drainage area will <br /> giver 1�gad the system as it is n.--.w.. They are also sending in a minor <br /> permit revision request for the sizing on the pond and the <br /> maintenance Yequired -For the drainage control of the area to include <br /> the new berms. <br /> The drainage structures as they are now, for the area in violation as <br /> cited in the part of the TUN appeal that was upheld is effectively <br /> ontc,lling runoff. at this time. Therefore, this office makes the <br /> finding that the violation has been abated. <br />
