Dear Bill:
In reference to violation number CO-89-032 concerning
failure to display mine identification signs at each
entrance to permit areas from public roads, please take
notice that an identification sign has been constructed in
accordance with 4 .02. 2 ( 2 ) and placed at the point where the
public road enters the permit area. The sign was placed on
December 13 , 1989, two days before the December 15, 1989
abatement date.
