Develop a recognition display for selected office and field locations in <br /> the National Forests when agreed to and as noted in amendments to this <br /> agreement. <br /> 6. Use the name "USDA Forest Service" when referring to the Forest Service and <br /> submit to the Forest Service for approval prior to production the final layout <br /> of all promotional materials which use the Forest Service name and insignia. <br /> B. THE FOREST SERVICE SHALL: <br /> 1. Respond to A.3. and A.6. above within one week of receipt of the material <br /> from NADF. <br /> 2. Utilize the donations accepted from NADF for purchase and planting of <br /> seedlings on the designated National Forest. <br />
