These will be designated in amendments to this agreement as
appropriate.
3. Provide the Forest Service with copies of promotional material for review
and approval.
4. Approve the use of the funds donated in A.2. for planting trees as part of
designated projects as a partnership effort with the Forest Service. Approved
projects and related project specifics will be designated by a separate letter
per C.4. and C..S., when applicable.
5. Develop a recognition display for selected office and field locations in
the National Forests when agreed to and as noted in amendments to this
agreement.
6. Use the name "USDA Forest Service" when referring to the Forest Service and
submit to the Forest Service for approval prior to production the final layout
of all promotional materials which use the Forest Service name and insignia.
B. THE FOREST SERVICE SHALL:
1. Respond to A.3. and A.6. above within one week of receipt of the material
from NADF.
2. Utilize the donations accepted from NADF for purchase and planting of
seedlings on the designated National Forest.
