Report shall be made by the Forest Service unit with the approved <br /> project. These funds will be placed into a separate and unique account in the <br /> Forest Service accounting system. <br /> 4. Publicize this partnership with NADF, on an opportunity basis, through <br /> formal news releases and appropriate media, and provide NADF the opportunity to <br /> approve the formal news releases prior to distribution. <br /> 5. Grant permission, through this collection agreement which will serve as <br /> authorization for NADF to use the Forest Service name and insignia in a manner <br /> consistent with the provisions of paragraph A. above. <br /> 6. Install and maintain the "donor recognition" material furnished by NADF at <br /> selected Forest Service locations. <br /> C. IT IS MUTUALLY AGREED AND UNDERSTOOD BY AND BETWEEN NADF AND THE USDA <br /> FOREST SERVICE THAT: <br /> 1. All reforestation work funded in'whole or in part from the donated <br /> funds shall be and will remain the property of the United States. <br /> 2. Funds may be carried over to future planting seasons if needed. <br /> 3. No member of, or delegate to, Congress or Resident Commissioner shall be <br /> admitted to any share or part of this agreement, or to any benefit that may <br /> arise therefrom; but this provision shall not be -construed to extend to this <br /> agreement if made with a corporation for its general benefit. <br /> 4. All notices or other communications between NADF and the Forest Service <br /> shall be in writing and sent by hand delivery, facsimile transmission, courier <br /> service, or by first class U.S. mail, postage or delivery charges prepaid.
