Mr. <br />Morgan is the largest shareholder of CC ditch. <br />And we have always -- I think you <br />have documentation in front of you -- where's my -- <br />you have documentation in front of you from the soil <br />conservation plans that Mr. Morgan has historically <br />irrigated and cropped this property since 1960 and <br />that the Barx soil is prime farmland soils. <br />When western Fuels entered that <br />property, they did not have a prime farmland <br />investigation done. They did not have any plans -- <br />reclamation plans, soil salvage plan, soil <br />redistribution plans, or anything in place prior to <br />entering that property. <br />They removed our Barx soils to the <br />Benson property, which is also documented in PR 06. <br />We have our soils here. You guys each get a little <br />bag of dirt. <br />This is the B lift (indicated). I'll <br />try to spread this stuff around. This is the <br />substitute soil that they want us to accept <br />(indicated). All of our -- all of our soils are -- <br />the Barx soils were down 72 inches deep in places. <br />
