TURNER: As to the 1998 soil <br />19 survey -- and I have it right here -- it states <br />20 specifically that two references were used and that <br />21 was the Colorado Farmland Inventory, which was <br />22 registered in 1978, document, and I have it also <br />23 here, and the 1996 National Soil Survey Handbook, <br />24 which stated that the Barx soil was prime farmland <br />25 on the Morgan property. <br />
