And <br />2 there was -- almost rock -free. <br />3 The criteria for prime farmland is <br />4 that it has sloped of zero to 3 percent, very few <br />5 rocks, if any, that the growing season is 90 days or <br />6 more. And that it contains a Barx -- or a prime <br />7 farmland soil, and that there is an adequate and <br />8 dependable quality of water available, not quantity. <br />9 Quality of water available. <br />10 And in all of the hydrology studies <br />11 and water studies, like I said, Mr. Morgan is the <br />12 largest CC ditch holder, and they have enough water <br />13 to make an ocean out there of our property if they <br />14 wanted to.
