Please update the public notice to include the appropriate dates for the next permit term. <br />14. Figure 1.7 on page 1 -65 of the application needs to be updated for the next pen term. <br />2.3.5 and 2.4.2 Threatened and Endangered Plant and Animal Species <br />15. Please update the Threatened and Endangered species sections of the permit (23.5 and 2.4.2) and discuss <br />potential impacts to current state and federal Threatened and Endangered plant and animal species lists. <br />The Federal and state listed species of concern may have changed over the last permit term. Section 2.7.5.4; Ground Water Use on page 2 -524 indicates Trapper will review the filings for Water <br />Division 6, District 44 and update Map M31 which illustrates all the locations and permit numbers for <br />wells within one mile of Trappers Permit Boundary. Also, Table 2.7 -22c may need to be revised if any <br />new wells have been constructed. Please update this information and submit a revised map. <br />3.1 Operations and Reclamation Plan <br />17. Please update this section on page 3 -2 to account for the next five year permit term. <br />3.1.2 General Maps <br />18. The third paragraph on page 3 -8 indicates map M3 shows the general area in which disturbances will <br />occur during the five year permit term. This does not appear to be the case, Map M3 depicts the pre - <br />mining topography of the site. Please revise the description of map M3 in the permit text to reflect the <br />actual intent of the map. <br />19. Map M4 will need to be updated to depict the yearly mining blocks for the next five year permit term. <br />3.1.4 Operations Plan <br />20. Table 3.1 -1 lists Trapper Mine's maximum annual production rate. Table 3.1 -3 projects the approximate <br />yearly disturbance and reclamation in acres by phase. Please update these tables to account for the next <br />five year permit term. <br />3.1.4.1Minin2 Sequence <br />21. Please update the permit text on pages 3 -15, 3 -15a through 15c and map M10 to address the next five year <br />permit term. <br />Page 3 of 7 <br />
