The sediment marker was in place. <br />Sage #1 was dry and not discharging. The spillway was clear and functional. The sediment marker was in place <br />and the embankment was stable. <br />East Pyeatt 41 was holding water but was not discharging. The spillway was clear and functional. The <br />embankment was stable and vegetated. <br />East Pyeatt 42 was holding water and not discharging. The Division could not locate the sediment marker. The <br />embankment was stable and vegetated. The spillway was clear of debris and appeared functional. <br />East Pyeatt 43 was holding water and not discharging. The embankment was stable. A spring is located near the <br />pond and two flumes are in place to measure the pond and the springs discharge. Both flumes were clear of <br />vegetation and were functional. <br />Middle Pyeatt 43 flume was in place and clear of debris. The embankment was stable and the pond was dry and <br />not discharging. The sediment marker was in place. <br />Middle Pyeatt 42 embankment was stable and vegetated. The spillway was functional and the sediment marker <br />was in place. <br />Middle Pyeatt # 1 sediment marker was in place and the pond was holding a small amount of water. The <br />embankment was stable and vegetated. The pond was not discharging. <br />West Pyeatt 42 was not holding water or discharging. The flume was clear of debris and functional. The <br />embankment was stable and vegetated. The spillway was clear and functional. <br />West Pyeatt 41 needs to be cleaned. The Division could not locate the sediment maker. This pond was not <br />holding water at the time of the inspection and was not discharging. <br />Johnson # l OR was holding water but was not discharging. The embankment was stable and vegetated. The <br />Division could not locate the sediment marker, however it appears the pond needs to be cleaned. According to Mr. <br />Roberts the pH of the pond was higher so they installed a CO2 bubbler in the spillway to treat the discharged <br />water to lower the pH. <br />Johnson 47R's spillway had very dense vegetation established within the channel; this material will need to be <br />removed to ensure the spillway will be functional. The pond was holding water and was discharging. The <br />embankment was stable and vegetated.
