July 18, 2012 C- 1981- 044/Williams Fork Mines ZTT <br />Ponds HR -Pla, HR -Plb, 9 -P2, 9 -P3, 9 -P4, 9 -P5, 9 -P7, 9 -P8, SH -P1, SH -P2 and 5A -PI were all dry with no <br />discharge. No signs of erosion were observed and all embankments were stable and vegetated. <br />NPDES 003 and NPDES 022 were inspected. There were no discharges at both points at the time of the <br />inspection. <br />Ponds HR -PIa and HR -PIb. Pond 5A -P1. <br />r . <br />NPDES 003.
