July 18, 2012 C- 1981- 044/Williams Fork Mines ZTT <br />Dewatering Pond and topsoil piles in need of regrading and reseeding. <br />OTHER (SPECIFY): <br />Previous inspection done by Jim Stark had shown non -mine related waste was being dumped on site in the pile. <br />The waste pile was removed of all non -mine related items. The non -coal waste pile was inspected with no signs of <br />non -mine related waste visible in the pile. <br />ROADS — Rule 4.03 <br />Construction 4.03.1(3)/4.03.2(3) <br />Drainage 4.03.1(4)/4.03.2(4) <br />Surfacing and Maintenance4.03.1(5) and (6)/4.03.2(5) and (6) <br />Reclamation 4.03.1(7)/4.03.2(7): <br />Roads remain stable. The erosion cut that occurred on the bridge along the haul road towards Portal 5A remains <br />stable. No additional cutting from erosion was observed. <br />SIGNS AND MARKERS — Rule 4.02: <br />Mine Identification Sign was located at the entrance of the mine site along Highway 13.
