July 9, 2012 C-2009-087/Peabody Sage Creek Mine JDM <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Lower Sump Inlet Lower Sump Primary and Emergency Spillway <br /> <br />Work was ongoing with regard to the Drainage and Sediment Control Plan modifications approved with TR4. No <br />problems were noted during the inspection and all activities were conducted and located as permitted. No <br />problems were noted with regard to ditches, drainages, and culverts, with the exception of the following: <br />- station pad above the portal. This <br />culvert is not identified on the currently approved drainage and sediment control plan. The culvert does not drain <br />a particular area and may be a temporary culvert installed during construction. If the culvert is needed a design <br />will need to be submitted.
