Star Mine Operations, LLC Revenue Mine MCP Plan 2012 <br />Part 1: Plan Administration <br />1.1 Management Approval and Designated Person <br />Star Mine Operations is committed to preventing releases of chemicals used in the milling process to the <br />environment, and to maintaining the highest standards for spill prevention control and countermeasures <br />through the implementation and regular review and amendment to the Plan. This MCP Plan has the full <br />approval of Star Mine Operations management.
