Violation Terminated. <br /> NOV C-84-091 <br /> The operator has constructed a formidable barrier on the Mine #1 bench. <br /> Violation Terminated. <br /> NOV C-84-093 <br /> Trash had been gathered up in the valley east of Mine #1 and at the <br /> Mines #1 and #2 sediment pond site. Violation Terminated. <br /> NOV C-84-096 <br /> The operator has constructed the approved barrier on the Mine #2 bin <br /> pad. Violation Terminated. <br /> NOV C-84-101 <br /> The operator has constructed the approved barrier on the Mine #3 bench. <br /> Violation Terminated. <br /> NOV C-84-102 <br /> The operator has cleaned the Coal Creek Culvert near the old town of <br /> Coal Basin and repaired the road erosion.
