Clean out drainage ditch along south side of Coal Creek at the prep plant area by <br /> May 24, 1982. <br /> 6. Cleanup coal and debris pushed over the berm adjacent to Coal Creek west of th- thermal <br /> dryer and rebuild the berm by May 10, 1982. <br /> 7. Submit an acceptable plan to insure that material and debris is not pushed to the <br /> outside of sediment control berms or into stream channels during snow removal_ operations <br /> by July 1, 1982. <br />
