IV. Status of Problem Resolution <br /> The following items concern problems identified at previous z.-Lspecrion. Problems are classified <br /> into three categories. These are: (1) problems resolved; (2) resolution still in prccess; and <br /> (2) operator delinquent. The date that the problem is resolved or the date that the operator <br /> is deemed delinquent is to be clearly stated. <br /> 1. Proper drainage must be reinstated on the mine �l road by April 5, 1982. Problem Resolved. <br /> 2. Proper drainage must be reinstated on the mine #3 road by April 5, 1982. Problem Resolved. <br /> 3. The upper sediment pond below the refuse pile must be cleaned out by April 19, 1982. <br /> The pond has been 75% cleaned out. The problem is deemed resolved, though some rediment <br /> clean out remain to be done (see problem #4, above) . <br />
