RE: Pending Litigation - Mid-Continent Resources, Inc.
The Division is once again involved in litigation with Mid-Continent Resources regarding
the Coal Basin Mine. Division staff should not discuss any aspect of the Coal Basin Mine
or Coal Basin permit with any individual until such time as the litigation is concluded.
Please advise either myself or Cheryl Linden if anyone contacts you requesting
information regarding Coal Basin or Mid-Continent. Any such request should be
