concessionaires for such uses as horseback riding, bicycle <br />'rental, fishing, use of maintained cross - county trails, <br />snowmobile rental, ice skating and the like. <br />2.3 User fees to be charged for motorized access above <br />the Braderich Creek trailhead. <br />2.4 To guarantee reclamation of the No. 2 Mine road <br />and removal of the Lamphouse in the event special use <br />requirements by the Forest Service were not met, an allocation <br />from the Reclamation Fund could be set aside and retained. In <br />this ev, the income from interest or investment should be <br />available for maintenance of facilities including the Lamphouse, <br />and the roadways. <br />3.0 Administration and Management. An approach to <br />administration and management would be as follows: <br />3.1 Criteria: <br />Must be compatible with USFS permit and contractual <br />arrangements and limitations. <br />4 <br />Must be compatible with MLRB /DMG reclamation <br />requirements and post mining use requirements, specifically <br />CRS 34 as follows: <br />"Restore land affected to a condition capable of <br />supporting the uses which it was capable of supporting <br />prior to any mining, or higher or better uses of which <br />there is reasonable likelihood, so long as such use or <br />uses do not present any actual or probable hazard to <br />public health or safety or pose any actual or probable <br />threat of water diminution or pollution which would be <br />contrary to state or federal laws, rules, or <br />regulations, and so long as the permit applicant's <br />declared proposed land use following reclamation is not <br />deemed to be impractical or unreasonable, is not <br />inconsistent with applicable land use policies and <br />plans, does not involve unreasonable delay in <br />implementation, and is not violative of federal, state, <br />or local laws <br />
