RECLAMATION PLANS, PRIVATELY OWNED LANDS WITHIN COAL BASIN MINE <br />PROJECT WORK DESCRIPTION <br />PROJECT OVERVIEW <br />WASH PLANT DEMOLITION PROJECT (1998) <br />The goal of this project is to accomplish demolition and disposal of all concrete, block wall and <br />asphaltic materials located within the Project Area. Miscellaneous trash and debris will be <br />collected and disposed of. Sediment control structures will be erected and maintained during the <br />project. Map 3, Project Area, delineates the extent of the area affected by this project. <br />The work area is generally located within 2,500 feet of the main entry gate. The areas are <br />accessed via compacted dirt road. However, access to some areas is adversely affected by muddy <br />conditions. <br />Volumes, distances and areas stated in this document are estimations only. CONTRACTORS <br />are responsible for verifying all estimations prior to bid submittal. <br />WORK TASKS <br />The tasks included in the project are as follows: <br />Task 1: Mobilization and Demobilization <br />Task 2: Demolition <br />Task 3: Silt Fence Installation <br />Task 4: Equipment Rental <br />Task 5: Additional Demolition * <br />* Note: Task 5 was added in Amendment Number 1 (October 7, 1997), and is included in <br />`Work Tasks' for clarity. <br />5 <br />
