In order to avoid confusion, the five percent additional for change orders, <br />inflation and construction increases has been added to each project total. <br />In his April 22, 1998 correspondence, Robert Delaney requested that, in the absence of a land <br />exchange with the Forest Service, certain buildings and structures not be removed during <br />reclamation. Specifically, Mr. Delaney requested that the Lamp House, Road A, power lines from <br />the Wash Plant vicinity to the Lamp House, Prep Plant Water Tank, the existing metal building <br />located to the north west of the Wash Plant vicinity and one or more wells not be disturbed. He <br />has also requested that road access, presumably through the Wash Plant vicinity, be maintained <br />and that provision be made to accommodate a parking lot. <br />Reclamation construction in 1998 will not impact the Lamp House, or the power lines.
