Resources' and the Trustee's attorney has indicated that use of this soil would be acceptable, <br />provided that sufficient topsoil exists to accomplish reclamation of the adjacent privately held <br />properties. I am providing the following information in order to address this concern. Due to <br />contracting time frames, a final decision regarding use of the topsoil must be made in the <br />immediate future.
