Delaney: <br /> We have received your technical revision application to revise your permit <br /> (File No. C-81-017) to conduct coal mining in Colorado. Our initial review <br /> indicates that all preliminary items required by the Colorado Surface Coal <br /> Mining Reclamation Act, C.R.S. 34-33-101 et seq. , have been submitted ; thus <br /> your technical revision application has been deemed complete for the purposes <br /> of filing on the above date. All review and comment periods as provided in <br /> the Act and Regulations promulgated thereunder initiate from this date of <br /> filing. <br /> A copy of the technical revision application , less any confidential <br /> information, must be filed for public inspection with the Pitkin County <br /> Planner or Clerk and Recorder. Any subsequent changes or additions must <br /> also be made in this copy. <br /> The proposed newspaper advertisement submitted with the application lacks a <br /> complete legal description and will need to be revised. You should commence <br /> publication of the revised advertisement upon acceptance by the Division. <br /> The notice must be as specified in Rule 2.07.3(2) of the Regulations with the <br /> exception that the publication need only be run once , and reference to the <br /> informal conference specified in Rule 2.07 .3(2)(d) should be deleted . Proof <br /> of the publication of the advertisement must be filed with the Division as <br /> soon as available after the publication date . <br /> The staff is currently reviewing your technical revision application to <br /> determine whether the items you have submitted are adequate in terms of <br /> meeting the requirements for purposes or adequacy.
