(See <br /> attached Intermountain Soil, Inc. report. ) Maximum possible = <br /> 8333 cubic yards, Probable = 5, 000 cubic yards, including the drill <br /> pad. This works out to approximately 6 inches to 12 inches of <br /> topsoil for the disturbed areas. <br /> The topsoil would be stored in six evenly spaced piles adjacent to <br /> and on the upper side of the road approximately 700 feet apart. <br /> These piles would be seeded and mulched for protection from wind <br /> and erosion. <br /> At the end of the proposed use the road and drill pad would be <br /> reclaimed and revegetated in the following manner: <br /> The appropriate amount of seed and mulch would be placed <br /> adjacent to the road along the entire route.
