You further authorized me <br /> to commence publication of the newspaper advertisement, which <br /> was accomplished. In addition, your letter stated that I <br /> would be notified of the Division' s proposed decision no later <br /> than December 1, 1984 . <br /> Since. we have been slow in acquiring the necessary environmental <br /> data upon which to base our reclamation plan and will not <br /> have all the information you have requested to complete the <br /> application by December lst, Mid-Continent Resources, Inc. waves <br /> its rights under the Colorado Surface Mining Reclamation Act, <br /> C .R.S . 34-33-101 et. seq. to receive your proposed decision <br /> within the 60 day period. <br /> I should have all the information you have requested to complete <br /> the application within the next few days. I hope to deliver <br /> four copies of same to you when I am in Denver next week. <br /> Within a reasonable time after you have all the required informa- <br /> tion I would hope that the Division could then render its proposed <br /> decision. <br /> If you have any questions, please call me. <br /> Sincerely, <br /> Geor e E.
