1.2 EXECUTION <br />Mobilization <br />Upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed, the CONTRACTOR shall furnish, mobilize, move <br />in, and install such temporary works and equipment as are necessary for the successful <br />completion of the work. The CONTRACTOR shall also operate and maintain such <br />temporary works, equipment and construction plant throughout the period of <br />construction. All applicable temporary works, such as sanitation facilities, shall fully <br />comply with all rules and regulations. <br />Clearing and grubbing operations necessary for the temporary works, if any, shall also <br />be included as mobilization. <br />12 <br />
