May 29, 2012 C- 1981- 044/Williams Fork Mines ZTT <br />Culverts 7 and 52 has been partial crushed and will need maintenance. Culverts 34 and 50 are partially filled with <br />sediment and will need to be cleaned. <br />The Pump House and Substation SAES were inspected. Both SAES are gavel pads with no signs of erosion or <br />sediment leaving the area was observed. <br />The Contractor Staging SAE was inspected. The area was well vegetated with no signs of erosion leaving the area. <br />The SAE appears to have been inactive for quite some time. <br />OTHER (SPECIFY): <br />During the mine inspection Brian Watterson mentioned drilling may occur within the next couple of months in <br />regards to the coal seam fire. The Division will need a minor revision documenting this drill hole. <br />REVEGETATION — Rule 4.15 <br />Vegetative Cover; Timing: <br />Vegetation around the railroad bridge undercut constriction area has started to grow in the reseeded area. <br />The following were areas that knapweed was found and in need of spraying: <br />- Along the west end of the facility road. <br />- Both sides of the river along the undercut of the railroad bridge. <br />- The embankments of the Ponds 5 -P5, 5 -P6 and 5 -P7. <br />- Between the Haul Road and Pond HR -Pla. <br />Knapweed along embankments of Mine Dewatering pond system. <br />The following were areas that hound's tongue was found and in need of spraying: <br />- The Pump House SAE. <br />- Drainage area before Culvert 34 and Culvert 51 discharge point. <br />Number of Partial Inspection this Fiscal Year: 8 <br />Number of Complete Inspections this Fiscal Year: 3 <br />Page 4 of 6 <br />
