May 29, 2012 C- 1981- 044/Williams Fork Mines ZTT <br />- Topsoil pile south of Pond SH -P2. <br />i <br />Hound's tongue along Culvert 51 discharge point <br />Other weeds found during the inspection were white top alongside the river undercut construction area and thistle <br />east of the mine dewatering pond system. <br />Brian Watterson stated that weed spraying will be occurring during the month of June. <br />SIGNS AND MARKERS — Rule 4.02: <br />The Mine ID sign was found at the entrance off of State Highway 13 and in compliance with all required <br />information. <br />The new topsoil and disturbance boundary markers ordered have arrived at the mine site. Brian Watterson stated <br />summer employees will be setting all markers up within the month of June. <br />TOPSOIL — Rule 4.06 Removal 4.06.2; Substitute Materials 4.06.4(4); Storage and Protection 4.06.3; <br />Redistribution 4.06.4: <br />The topsoil pile south of Pond SH -P2 was found with multiple rodent holes in all sides of the pile.
