C) Regulatory Permits Management, Inc. 9050 Old Tom Morris Cir., Highlands Ranch CO 80129
RPM, Inc. Phone: 303 - 854 -7499 Email: h1humphries2(d?comcast.net
Response:
We understand and will comply.
12. The Applicant has provided a list of claims on which the prospecting activities will be
conducted. Please clarify which drill pads correspond to which claims. Will all of the
listed claims have prospecting activity occurring on them?
Response:
Not all claims will have drill holes collared on them. Locations P -1, P -2, P -3, P -8, P -9, P -10 and
P -11 are located on the `13-2 Lode' unpatented claim. Location P -7 is on the Andrew Jackson
claim (patented). Location P -5 and P -6 are located on the Grant claim (patented). Location P -4
is on the Buena claim (patented) and Andrew Jackson claim (patented).
13. The Applicant has stated that Gold Hill Mineral holds 16 shares of water rights which it
will use to supply non potable water for exploration activities. Please provide the
Division with documentation which demonstrates that Gold Hill Minerals owns 16 shares
of water rights from Little James Creek. In addition, please describe how the water will
be diverted from Little James Creek. Is there an existing diversion point, and if so,
please locate it on the USGS 7.5 " quadrangle map.
Response:
The water rights issue is under review by a consulting water engineer and water attorney. It is
therefore unlikely water for Gold Hill Minerals exploration operations will be obtained from
Little James Creek. However, if Little James Creek water does become available to Gold Hill
Minerals for exploration drilling, we will notify the DRMS and provide proof of a right to use,
how water will be diverted, the proposed diversion point and locate it on a USGS 7.5"
quadrangle map.
Gold Hill Minerals will purchase water from the closest municipal water supply. This will
amount to several water truck loads per day being delivered to the exploration drill sites. At this
point it is not clear which municipal water supply will be the provider.
14. The Applicant has stated the Division will be contacted if groundwater is encountered
and results in artesian flows to the surface. Please commit to notifying the Division
within 48 hours encountering artesian flows.
on
