for sale of the Equipment, and leaving the site of Contractor's
<br />work at the Jobsites in a reasonably clean and safe condition,
<br />provided, however, that such costs shall exclude all costs related
<br />to Contractor's sales efforts of the dismantled and reclaimed
<br />Equipment, which selling expenses, (e.g. brochures, other
<br />advertising, labor, telephone and other expenses related to
<br />equipment sales), shall be borne by Contractor. Cost of the Work
<br />shall be initially borne by Contractor but shall be reimbursed
<br />first out of gross sales proceeds from the Equipment. Cost of the
<br />Work shall not include any mark -up over actual costs, it being
<br />understood that Contractor's profits on the Work shall be derived
<br />exclusively from commissions received from sale of Equipment.
<br />Costs of the Work shall include, but not be limited to, the items
<br />set forth below to the extent that such items relate to the
<br />recovery, dismantling and preparation for sale of the Equipment:
<br />A. Wages and salaries paid to and for Contractor's employees
<br />and labor, (including also, but not limited to, training, fire
<br />bosses, and other MSHA required personnel), in the direct employ of
<br />Contractor , including such required inspection personnel,
<br />insurance or other benefits, if any, as may be payable with respect
<br />thereto.
<br />B. Cost of all employee benefits and taxes for such
<br />employees such as unemployment compensation and social security
<br />insofar as such cost is based on wages, salaries, or other
<br />remuneration paid to employees of Contractor .
<br />C. Reasonable transportation, traveling and housing
<br />expenses, if any, of employees of Contractor , it being understood
<br />that Contractor shall use reasonable efforts to employ local
<br />personnel to the extent possible.
<br />D. Cost of all electric power, diesel and other fuel, water,
<br />other utilities, materials, supplies and equipment at the Jobsites
<br />; provided, however, that with respect to all materials, supplies,
<br />or equipment purchased at Mid - Continent's expense, such property
<br />will be liquidated as Equipment under this Contract at the
<br />conclusion of the Work.
<br />E. Payments made by Contractor to Subcontractors for their
<br />work performed pursuant to contract under this contract .
<br />F. Cost, including transportation and maintenance, of all
<br />materials, supplies, equipment, temporary facilities and hand tools
<br />not owned by workmen, and cost less salvage value on such items
<br />used but not consumed which remain the property of the Contractor;
<br />provided, however, that with respect to all materials, supplies, or
<br />equipment purchased at Mid - Continent's expense, such property will
<br />be liquidated as Equipment under this Contract at the conclusion of
<br />the Work.
<br />G. Rental charges of all necessary machinery and equipment,
<br />exclusive of hand tools, used at the Jobsites, including
<br />installation, repairs and replacements, dismantling, removal, costs
