15 gpm or 1. 5 acre-feet annually is associated with
a shop well which was mined out by the NUCLA mining
operations. This well has not been, and will not
be replaced.
Copies of excerpts from pertinent water decrees and a
stock certificate from the Colorado Co-operative Company are
in Appendix A.
PCC also has an option to acquire 3 shares of the ditch
company and the associated water rights as a result of the
land acquisition designated as tract 262-001 (Figure 3) .
