A. Page 13-15, sixth paragraph addresses the requirements of Rule
4.03.1(3)(d)(v) . This regulation references a 6 inch size limit
rather than the referenced 9 inch.

4.03.2(3)(d)(viii ) . The regulation references an embankment
steepness no greater than 1v: 1.5H rather than the referenced lv:2h.

2. Page 13-30 under "Design and Construction" specifically references
salvaging topsoil from proposed light-use roads. No such specific
reference was made during the discussions of haul and access roads
even though it is presumed salvaging would occur. Please so
specify to avoid any confusion.
