The estimate also includes initial seeding and reseeding costs for the remaining 255,9 <br />acres. These costs are included in tasks 065, 066, 067, 068, 069, 070, 072 and 073. The <br />estimate has also retained reseeding costs for vegetation failures for the Partial Phase II <br />Bond Release area in task 074 (the vegetation failure rate for the mine is 10% over the <br />release area of 592.7 acres or 59.27 acres of potential reseeding). <br />With the proposed release of $1,890,806.00 and the resulting liability of 2,414,678.00, <br />the Division will retain enough bond monies to ensure the final reclamation of the site in <br />the event of permit revocation and bond forfeiture. <br />Please let me know if you have any questions or need any additional information. <br />
