Colowyo Coal Company <br />2011 Annual Reclamation and Hydrology Report <br />SECTION 14 -DITCH CONSTRUCTION CERTIFICATIONS <br />RULE REQUIREMENT <br />None Apply <br />GENERAL DISCUSSION <br />Section 4.05.4, page 4.05 -3 states, "Upon completion of each permanent channel <br />segment, an engineering construction report will be prepared and submitted in the Annual <br />Reclamation Report. This report will provide certification by a professional engineer that <br />the channel segment has been constructed to the appropriate widths, lengths, alignment, <br />channel slope and riprap or other erosion protection specifications to meet the intended <br />design criteria." <br />Included within this section of the annual report are certified construction reports for <br />2011. <br />Page 14 -1 <br />
